These deliveries support immediate same day service to address system failures, scheduled maintenance, new product deployment, overnight hardware exchange and reverse logistics.
Flash coordinates, tracks and manages all global, critical deliveries to the end user, field engineer, and critical hardware installation sites. Via FLASHTRAC, our real time vixibility inventory management and order system, confirmation of inventory shipment milestones are measured and status can be sent directly to handheld devices.
Flash also integrates directly with any and all third party carriers for transportation services outside of the mission critical environment.

Flash Same Day Services
These are services available out of our Forward Stocking Locations and strategically positioned Multi-Client Distribution Centers worldwide:
- ASAP/Expedite – priority point to point dispatch to meet customer SLA within defined distance parameter
- 90 Minute delivery –delivery to client site within 90 minutes of order creation
- 2 Hour delivery – delivery to client site within 120 minutes of order creation
- 4 Hour delivery – delivery to client site within 240 minutes of order creation
- Scheduled delivery – delivery according to pre-determined and achievable time given four hour window from order creation
- Same Day Close of Business – orders received by 9am are delivered by close of business from a Flash Network location within defined geographic location
- Engineer Will Call/Customer Collection – material staged for engineer or client pickup from Flash location
Flash Next Flight Out (NFO) / Flash Hold For Pickup (NFO Hold)
Flash will arrange for and coordinate the next available flight to move critical parts from point to point using commercial airlines. Flash can also coordinate the part movement to airport destination for client or engineer retrieval.
Carrier Based Deliveries
Flash is vendor neutral and therefore our open architecture allows you to ship products overnight, second day and ground with your preferred carrier. Flash will process and manage all overnight, second day, and ground deliveries using your established contracts with selected carriers. All these orders will be prepared and tracked via FLASHTRAC©.
