Order transmission may be processed via XML (Extensible Markup Language), Web input, EDI (Electronic Data Interchange), Email, Phone or Fax. Flash’s Global Command Center in Pine Brook, NJ, or Command Centers around the world in Tokyo, Japan, Mexico City, Mexico and Amsterdam, Netherlands, are operational 24/7/365 to attend to support our customers’ needs across all time zones.
Flash’s Global Command Centers handle inbound calls, customer orders, Field Service Engineer (FSE) order processing, escalation management, specialized communication and backorder processing.
Throughout the Order to Delivery Management process, Flash facilitates Customer Service Support, Coordination and Replenishment of Multi Client Centers; Forward Stocking Locations (FSL’s), will execute orders to Client specifications, manage established customer specific milestones, prepare certain international documentation, create performance reporting, and handle escalation and exception coding. Certain Clients also require flexible and specific asset recovery programs, including return waybill management and tracking of defective material to consolidation points for repair, from repair vendors and back into inventory. Flash manages this entire process for our clients, with a 3 Call Chase recovery program and Closed Loop Return to Vendor Programs.
