From its beginnings in 1983 as a Courier Company, Flash has distinguished itself in the industry and has gone on to pioneer ground breaking milestones for itself and its clients in Logistics. In 1992, Flash Logistics was formed and became operational as a Third Party Logistics provider in North America. Selected as a Logistics partner by Cisco Systems, Inc., Flash began a critical parts distribution program in Mexico, and by 2000 was operational in Europe and Latin America as well. Flash was the first Third Party Logistics provider (TPL) to go live via XML with Cisco, and was recognized as Global Logistics Supplier of the year by Sun Micro Systems, Inc. in 2004. By 2005, Flash was operational in Japan with 102 Forward Stocking Locations (FSL’s) and a Global Command Center for Flash Critical Services including 90 minute time critical deliveries.
Fast forwarding to 2007, Flash was acquired by a management group and financial investors, including Brantley Partners, AIG & HSBC. Flash is Sarbanes Oxley certified, C-TPAT certified, and certified as a Microsoft Partner. Flash is 100% focused on critical parts and products and is constantly improving its internal resources to better serve our client needs.
