Flash Global Logistics’ Client Services team is dedicated to proactively managing the existing business requirements of clients, while working with them to optimize account programs and uncover new means of process improvement, cost reduction and gaining competitive advantage in their market.
Upon confirmation of the client engagement and choosing Flash as your service provider, your company is assigned a dedicated Director of Client Service (DCS) and Implementation Manager. At this time, you will also receive a dedicated Inventory Control Specialist and Customer Care Team representative. Your DCS will act as Project Manager to take your account from implementation, through program go live, and remain your Point of Contact throughout your client engagement through optimization planning and service expansion. Even when your program is global in multiple theatres, your DCS works with the entire Flash organization including Regional Directors to maintain continuity and ease of communication throughout the life of your client engagement.
Your Director of Client Service, chosen for expertise with your industry and program requirements, fulfills the following roles while working on your account:
- Strategic Business Advisor - anticipating your business needs, assisting with strategy and analyzing KPI data to drive continuous improvement to manage your metrics.
- Business Manager - identifying opportunities, allocating resources, implementing programs.
- Relationship Architect - strengthening the depth of your relationship within Flash, facilitating strategic initiatives and sourcing cost reduction opportunities.
- Team Leader - drawing together cross functional teams to deliver solutions and meet your goals.
Additionally, your Customer Care Team representative works hand in hand with your DCS to handle transactional issues that might arise on a daily basis, track incidents and move them through resolution and root cause corrective action.
