Senior Director Latin America
Walter Santiago, based in São Paulo, Brazil, is responsible for managing the rapidly expanding Flash Global Logistics partner agent network throughout Latin America and the Caribbean. Walter has over 11 years’ experience in the Latin American region, having worked for both DHL Express and DHL Exel. For the last 10 years Walter has been responsible for managing service parts logistics throughout Latin America. Walter is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and has an MBA from the Mackenzie University in São Paulo. For any particular mission critical engagement in Brazil, a combination of the following personnel may be engaged.

Director, Latin America
Oliver Heldt, based in Mexico City, is responsible for developing the FGL Latin America network, developing regional partner relationships, implementing new clients and client solutions.
Oliver has over 17 years’ experience in transport and logistics, particularly mission critical spare parts and Latin American trade management. In the early 1990’s, he worked with Kuehne & Nagel in Germany, and in 1996 he developed the critical spare parts logistics department for Estafeta in Mexico, implementing a large FSL network.
Oliver then led the department as the Director of Logistics Solutions prior to joining Choice Logistics for two years. Oliver is fluent in English, Spanish and German and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics

Supervisor / LATAM Command Center
Mauricio manages the LATAM Command Center team as supervisor while capitalizing on the process improvements that have helped Flash achieve our superior level of quality and customer satisfaction. Mauricio, who is fluent in Portuguese, English and Spanish, has a degree in Technologies Management, and an MBA in Enterprise Logistics and Supply Chain.
Mauricio has a varied career in logistics with experience in Logistics Operation Management, Project Development, Process and Solution Engineering, Reverse Logistics and Project Implementation.
At Célere Intralogística Mauricio worked as an operations supervisor leading over 150 employees. He implemented many techniques used in logistics operations, such as Just In Time, KanBan, ABC Curve, Kaizen, Supply Chain Management, PCP and MPS, Intra-Logistics Equipments, KPI’s, PDCA / SWOT and ISO 9001:2000 certification.
At KUEHNE + NAGEL Mauricio was a solution design and project implementation supervisor, using KN’s own methodologies. Mauricio has implemented continuous improvement and optimization programs for customers like Danone, Lojas Renner (SC), Arno, Scania, Atlas Schindler (PR and SP) and Google.

FGL Operational Manager
Danielle joined FGL Brazil in November, 2010. Today she is responsible for the SAO Distribution Center and the LATAM Command Center.
Danielle’s main focus with Flash is the continuous improvement of operations, guaranteeing the highest possible levels of customer service and satisfaction for Flash clients.
Danielle, who is fluent in both Portuguese and English has a degree in Logistics and Transport, and an MBA in Logistics Business.
Danielle’s professional experience has been focused on logistics management for storage and transport, working for UPS Supply Chain coordinating the Operational and Command Center teams for customers such as Cisco, Sun Microsystems and Juniper Networks. She also became responsible for the entire logistics operation of GE Health Care and oversaw operational teams serving customers such as Seagate and Sony Ericsson.

FGL Account Manager
Guilherme started his career with Flash in May 2011, bringing over 13 years of experience in various logistics and distribution roles to the company.
Guilherme is responsible for developing, supporting and maintaining KPI levels of agents and 3rd party carriers, along with managing clients’ expectations relative to SLAs and developing new. In addition, Guilherme has been involved in the expansion of Flash’s network capabilities during new client implementations.
Guilherme has a BS degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Mackenzie University in São Paulo and speaks Portuguese and English.
Before joining Flash, Guilherme worked for government companies, gaining experience working for Brazil’s Officer Distribuidora , a major hardware and software reseller, where he designed, managed and optimized special projects and partnerships with HP and Microsoft for customers like Nestlé, Roche, Colgate and General Motors.
In 2008 Guilherme left Officer Distribuidora and joined Arvato Digital Services (a Bertelsman Group associate company), where he used his great negotiating skills and financial background for transport costs reduction in ground and air cargo freights.

International Logistics Trade Supervisor
Ana heads Flash Brazil’s LATAM Import & Export (IOR/EOR) team and joined FGL Brazil in October, 2010.
Ana is focused on the continuous improvement of FGL Import and Export Operations and works closely with brokers, international carriers and customs, targeting the best possible transit time and clearance process across LATAM, ensuring that Flash remains the best provider in the industry, with our 12 day transit time guarantee!
Ana has a degree in Foreign Trade, and an MBA in Business Management, with a concentration in Logistics. Speaking both Portuguese and English, Ana has over 14 years of experience in Foreign Trade with focus on Import and Export processes.
Ana started her career in 1997 at DHL Express, working on the import coordination for special account customers such as Hewlett Packard and Motorola, In 2000, when DHL opened a new Import and Export Clearance department, Ana became responsible for the entire clearance processes.
In 2008 Ana successfully managed the implementation of new operational procedures at the Schiphol Airport Hub in Amsterdam completing the job in only 3 months!
The following year, Ana was invited to be the Import/Export Supervisor responsible for a team with 15 FTE`s, where she coordinated customs clearance procedures and monitored implementation of customs projects for new customers.

Financial & Administrative Supervisor
Juliana joined Flash Brazil in July 2009 and is the Financial and Administrative Supervisor, responsible for all accounts payable and receivable, cash flow control, as well as supporting the Human Resources function.
With over five years of professional experience in Logistics companies such as FGL and Ceva Logistics, Juliana’s also has previous work experience in other fields including telecommunication systems (Comverse Networks), medical equipment (Agilent Technologies) and automotive (Volkswagen). Juliana has her degree in Logistics and speaks both fluent Portuguese and English.
Today at Flash, Juliana’s focus is in helping Flash to ensure that all Financial, Administrative and Human Resource functions are properly supported for customers, partners and employees, keeping the organization running at full speed to keep employee and customer satisfaction high.
