Command Center
FLASH BRAZIL operates a tri-lingual Command Center in São Paulo. The Brazil Command Center, directly linked to the Global Command Center located in the United States, oversees order management, control tower milestones, and exception management for order processing.

Personnel in the Brazil Command Center are uniquely trained local experts with regional expertise in local documentation such as the nota fiscal, local customs and local language, and liaise with all facets of Brazil operations and customer assistance. The FLASH BRAZIL Command Center provides centralized support to Brazil operations, all of LATAM, and is a direct link to service support for Brazil customers.
